Class DOJO is here! Look for your child's report every week Friday!
At Carrie Downie we expect all children to be responsible, respectful, kind, and considerate. We expect students to maintain self-control. In order to meet these expectations, each student in room 505 is held responsible for his or her behavior throughout the school day.
In our classroom, positive reinforcement is used to encourage each student to “do his/her best. This is accomplished by using positive statements for demonstrating appropriate behavior and making good choices. In addition, students are given numerous opportunities to receive tangible rewards; however, appropriate behavior is the expectation! Your child also has the opportunity to earn Dojo points.
